Наше настроение отражается в теле через работу гормонов. Есть гормоны счастья: сапонины, эндорфины, морфины собственного производства. Есть гормон агрессии, злости – адреналин. Есть, наверное, и гормон тоски, разочарования и обиды. Или же эти чувства – от нехватки гормонов счастья.
Человеку даны мозги, а мозги производят мысли, а мысли вызывают образы и эмоции, чувства. И любой человек, в отличии от животных, может целенаправленно использовать свои мозги. Осознанно. Осознанно выбирая то, что ему выгодно. Что выгоднее чувствовать – счастье или обиду? Выгоднее чувствовать счастье, хотя чаще, почему-то, хочется обижаться. И от обиды не так-то просто и отделаться. Как же это сделать легко, еще легче, и быстрее? Ответы – в теле. А пока:
«Методика плюсов»
Для создания мировоззрения оптимиста, генерирования личной энергии везения, создания защитного поля и просто для радости.
Что такое плюс? Это ваши большие и маленькие радости в жизни, которые,научившись фиксировать, вы превращаете в свою личную энергию везения.
«Нет плюса без добра»
Это косметика и умывание для души, психики…
Методика «плюсов» – это ваши гигиенические процедуры для вашей души и психики. Вы же не позволяете себе ходить неумытыми, не расчесанными, с нечищеными зубами. Вы же принимаете ванну, душ регулярно.
Так почему позволительно выскакивать из дому, к людям с неопрятной, эмоционально грязной, распатланой душой? Плюсы – это залог чистоты и здоровья вашей души.
Что такое плюс?
Это ваши большие и маленькие радости в жизни, которые, научившись фиксировать, вы превращаете в свою личную энергию везения. «Нет плюса без добра».
1) В отдельной тетради или блокнотике каждый день записываем по пять плюсов в четырёх категориях. Не меньше.
2) Лучше всего записывать с самого утра, как программу успеха на целый день и себя в нём. Но можно написать и в течение дня или вечером.
3) Пишите ежедневно, установив себе срок методики: 40 дней, 3 месяца, 1-3 года или всю оставшуюся жизнь.
4) Если пропустили день, неделю… просто с радостью начните писать опять. И напишите чуть больше. Про запас.
5) Проверять результаты, то есть задавать себе вопросы, типа «А что мне это даёт?» можно лишь по истечении установленного вначале срока.
6) Плюсы не повторяются. Учитесь описывать хорошие новости, другими словосочетаниями. Ищите разные стороны и краски жизни.
7) Добейтесь того, что плюсы будут из вас литься непрестанным потоком. Нет большего или меньшего плюса – ценно всё. Чувствуйте плюс как радость, ценность, солнышко.
Не применяйте слова отрицания: «нет», «без», «не». Заменяйте их синонимами. Не «я чувствую себя в безопасности», а «я чувствую свою защищённость». Не «я необидчивый», а «я люблю прощать и отпускать, хоть иногда».

Просто поблагодарите за Его искорку в себе. Всё хорошее в вас – от Бога. Ищите.

б) вспомните тех, кто не имеет того, что дано вам. И поблагодарите Создателя и родителей за проблески космической красоты и порядка в вашем теле.
